    The Site provides cloud-based bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting services. Your use of the Site is subject to the following conditions:

    • No Fiduciary Relationship: Use of the Site does not, in itself, create an accountant-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established once a formal engagement letter is signed by both parties.
    • Accuracy of Information: The efficacy of our services depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide. We are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or insufficient client data.

    3. User Responsibilities

    To ensure the integrity of your financial records and the security of your account, you agree to:

    • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information at all times.
    • Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account login credentials.
    • Notify us immediately of any suspected or actual unauthorized access to your account.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    6. Subscription and Payments

    Billing: Service fees are billed in advance on a Financial Year (FY) basis. Fees paid cover the duration of that specific FY. Upon the conclusion of the billed FY, access to reports and data modification for that year will remain available for the subsequent two financial years without additional charges.

    Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC): Should a user choose not to subscribe for a subsequent financial year, an AMC of Rs. 1,000 per company per year may be applied after the initial two-year grace period to maintain data accessibility.

    Free Use and Cancellations: We may offer trial periods; failure to subscribe at the end of such periods will result in service suspension without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all previously paid fees are non-refundable.

    Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to your financial data if your account remains unpaid for more than 30 days.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, including logos, calculators, and proprietary software, is the exclusive property of Ushendra Cyberspace Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended business purposes only.

    8. Data Security and Privacy

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
